We may allow you to purchase Products (physical items), and Services (custom cookies, online classes and subscriptions).

While we provide a description for all Products and Services, it is your responsibility to make sure that these fit your needs and that you know how to use them. 

We may also provide you with access to certain PDF guidebooks relating to the use of any product or service; any event shall be provided on an “as-is” basis without warranty.


We offer our Products and Services in the online store according to our current price list (“Fees”). 

Payments shall be made by credit card via our third payment service provider and subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We may update our Fees from time to time or change the payment method. 

You will be charged the Fees that arise from such changes only after notice is provided, either by email or a prominent notice on the Services and Products

By continuing to use the Products and Services following such notice, you agree to be bound by such modifications.

Subscriptions Renew Automatically

In any case where you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically be renewed upon the end of the applicable subscription period, and you will be charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period.


In plain English: You bear all taxes that relate to our purchases.

Fees may differ between different jurisdictions based on taxes that we need to add; therefore, during checkout taxes will be added if applicable. Apart from that, the Fees are exclusive of taxes, if there are any, you will bear the taxes.

You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes in connection with the Services and Products, along with any related penalties or interest, as applicable to your purchase or country of purchase. 

In the event that you are required by law to deduct and/or withhold any amount from any payments made to us, then the Fees shall be deemed as grossed-up and increased such that the actual net amount to be paid to us shall be equal to the Fees that would have been due to Company without such deduction or withholding.



We provide a 14-day refund for our Products.

Such refund shall be available for a period of fourteen(14) days from the end of the business day the purchase was made (and if such day is not a business day, then the following business day).


All Services (i.e. custom cookies, online classes and subscriptions) are fully exempt from any refunds or return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and reasonable reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow the 3-10 days for your banking system or original method of payment to process your refund once it’s been processed on our end.

We may refuse to refund people who acted in bad faith or misused the Services or Products, or otherwise violated any of the policies stated in the Terms of Service.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the refund is still not processed, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


If any product or item returned was purchased on sale, you will receive an equal amount to the sale price paid minus shipping costs.

We will not refund sale items at the original product price.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our fault. We do not replace or refund items damaged by the consumer.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, be sure to contact us.

We will send you more information on where to ship your product for a replacement.

Shipping Costs and Shipping Returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we offer a refund if we don’t receive your returned item.

We also don’t guarantee your item will be received once you ship it.


If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are exchanging your item due to our fault, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. We love our customers!
