Shape It Cookie Co. ships within the U.S. and Canada only and provides various shipping methods. Shipping charges are calculated on the cart or checkout page and are viewable before you submit your order.
Shape It Cookie Co. estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing regular orders, and 6-10 business days for orders with cookie cutters. Our warehouse ships Monday through Thursday only. We are closed Friday through Sunday and no orders will be processed those days.

All charges are in US dollars (USD).
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates. Additionally, when ordering from Hay House, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses cannot be expedited. Shape It Cookie Co. will determine the most appropriate delivery method depending on the weight, items purchased and shipping destination of your order.
For large orders over 150 lbs., Shape It Cookie Co. will provide the shipping cost after the transaction has been completed. This allows us to find the best rate and box sizes to accommodate your order.
Occasionally, Shape It Cookie Co. may offer limited-time free shipping offers. Shipping special offers are applicable within the U.S. only and some exclusions and other restrictions may apply.
We celebrate holidays and family special occasions.
We will be closed on all major US holidays. Please note that absolutely no orders will be processed or shipped on these days. Be certain to review these dates closely if you opt for expedited shipping.
