Description

Moldable Royal Icing from Ma Baker & Chef will help you create great projects as it gives a 3D effect with shape and volume to everything you do in cookies and cakes. It can rolled and draped over cookies and candy similar to fondant or marzipan, but dries hard like royal icing. Use it to make glazing and decorate cookies, candy, and cakes.

This amazing product offers decorators a quick and convenient way to mix it by simply adding water. It dries as the regular royal icing and still offers a delicious flavor and texture.

HOW TO USE: 
  • Place 8.81 oz of moldable royal icing in the mixer and beat at low speed; then gradually add 1.52 fl oz [25ml] of water and increase to maximum speed for 10 minutes to obtain a firm consistency. You can use it to sculp with your hands or by using a rolling pin. Note: the desired consistency will depend on humidity levels of the country where you are located at.

All cookie cutters have a thick, double edge for sharp and precise dough cutting.

Our cookie cutters are measured at their longest point. This means that if you purchase a 3.5 inches long cookie cutter, we will find the longest side of the image you provide and resize it to 3.5 inches when designing the cookie cutter. Some irregular shapes may appear smaller than others.

The easiest way to prevent cookie cutters from sticking to your dough is by dipping your cookie cutter in flour with each cut. You may use corn starch if cutting into fondant.

When cutting, wiggle your cutter for best results. 

If you find the cookie cutter is getting really sticky, wipe it off with a damp paper towel or clean baking towel. Don’t wash them in the middle of cutting out cookies, unless dried dough begins to distort the cookie details.

Cold cookie dough will always work best.
